My challenge of no refined sugar/ perservatives/ artificial flavours over 30 days is nearly a 1/3 of the way there! I had a great day today with a good sleep the prior night from 9pm through to 6am. With a quick wake up call at 3.40am from Samuel for a bottle I managed to sleep in by accident however I must have needed it because I had a huge couple of days.
Energy level stayed the same throughout the day.
7.30am Porridge with sultanas and home made natural yoghurt
Water
Cod Liver oil
10.00 Cheese, Sultanas
apple, 2 slices of Bread and butter
11.00 Nuts, Sultanas, water and rice cracker
12.40 Lunch Tuna Pie, Chunky Vegetable bean soup (leftovers) Water, and apple crumble with no refined sugar in it
2.00pm Nuts and sultanas, cheese, water, some apple
4.20pm Nuts sultanas, water, dried apricots
5.40pm Tuna Pie large portion, beans, carrots and water for dinner
6.20pm Yoghurt and some nuts.
