Good training session this morning.
Ran up Pukekohe Hill 1.4km up steep gradient approx 10 minutes and then 30 press ups at the top.
Ran down in around 6 mins
At home 30 press ups rested 10 minutes then managed one more set at 50
110 press ups.
I want to build up to being able to do 100 press ups with Cadence of 1 second
Anyone want to join my 100 Club for 30 days. The goal is to do 100 press
ups a day in sets of 10' or 20' or 30' with the end goal being able to
do 100 Press ups in one go to Cadence with 1 second intervals. You up
for it?
