Today I kept on top of my eating and grazing and although I had a full on day I had great energy levels throughout the entire day. I am currently getting very good sleep with an average of 8 hours, before I was averaging 6 so it has made a real difference in my energy levels and also my eating habits.
I drove to Pakuranga tonight to trained with a bunch of guys playing Touch Rugby. The fitness was good and I loosen up the tightness in my calf from yesterdays 9km run. I juiced some apples to and had a nice glass fill of pure apple juice!
BOOT CAMP tomorrow morning 6am, look out he we come trainer in training!
Todays eating and drinking
7.30am Water
8.30am Porridge/yoghurt/LSA (ground linseed Sunflower and Almond) and walnuts and sultanas
9.30am At Church. Had water 2 glasses worth
11.00 am some cheese
Clean the garage up
12.30 Salad and chicken sanwich plus water
2.30 pm Liver pate and rice crakers/ sultana's/ water
3.00pm Left for Pakuranga
3.30 Nuts and Sultanas and water
4.00 Touch Rugby
5.20 pm Water banana/ nuts Sultanas/ Chicken Liver Pate and rice crackers.
6.15 pm Homemade Vegetable and chiken soupo by Sally.
8.00pm Yoghurt and nuts and popcorn watching a movie.
Bed eta 9pm
