Day 16 and 17 went well and also having know gluten and wheat has made a big
difference in 2 days to my skin. (I am challenging myself to 30 days no
refined sugar/perservatives or Artificial flavours.)
Tomorrow I plan to do 2.4km run as fast as I can (goal sub 9minutes) and then do as many pressups up to 100 and then 100 situps. (I am aiming for 60 pressups)
Feeling great and staying focused and making stable decisions and not being easily offended.
