Healthy Food and Water for the day plus 150 push ups!

This morning was a wet one but i went planned with dry clothes and a good bag full of goodies!
Had Porridge at 4.30am
Today I packed for lunch and morning tea:

Chicken Liver Pate with Rice Crackers
Banana
2 carrots peeled (ate after boot camp)
Banana muffin
4 Fejoia's
2.23 litres of water with lemon in it
Sultanas
Pumpkin Soup for lunch
2 eggs for Breakfast 2nd at 9.00am

Exercise wise: Did 150 push ups at Boot Camp alongside other exercises while I was instructing

Started at 5.40 am with:

Set of 60
Set of 20
Set of 30
Set of 35
Set of 5

150 for the day!
