My no refined sugar/artificial flavours/perservatives for 30 days is going very well.
I was tempted this morning by my favourite, Chocolate Brownie!!! Instead I went straight to the fridge to get my cheese and fruit! Solved the temptation issues straight away. Fail to plan you plan to fail!
Here's my food intake for the day.
5.45am Porridge, Yoghurt, sultanas
Water one glass
6.20am Exercise 5km run
8.20 am 2 fried eggs fried in ghee on toast
Cod liver oil one teaspoon
9.00am Nuts and raisins
Water
10.00am Sultanas
Water
10.30 am Cheese, 2 Fejoias, Water,
Sultanas
12.20pm 2 Toasted sandwiches with Avacado and tomato and cheese
Water
2.15pm Apple, Water, Nuts
3.40pm, Water Sultanas,
5.30pm Cheese, Water,
5.50pm Dinner Smoked Fish with Gnochi and fresh basil stir fried red cabbage, Water
8.00pm Yoghurt nuts and Feijoia's for dessert
9.30pm Bed time ETA
