Cross Fit Home Style
This weekend has been very interesting I have done 4 unusual exercising regime's which link in nicely to the new style of training that I have been looking at over the last year.
Cross Fit!

So It started on Saturday morning with a 1km speed run (2minutes 58)
Then over to a friends place and worked with a post hole borer for 90 minutes!
Then over to Waiuku had lunch and then went and chopped down 3 trees, carried them out 30 metres and loaded them onto Ute, chainsawed them all up (3 hours)
Following day took wood to Pukekohe met up with some fitness group members and used the wood to do some exercising, we threw it, caught it, chopped it and then loaded bricks back onto the ute. Also did speed walking down the driveway and then back into upper body arm movements with 2 logs.
Headed back to Waiuku in the ute and went sailing for over an hour and I was up the front leaning out to balance the boat with the strong winds. My arms were smashed by the end of it!
So that was my Easter weekend of Cross Fit training home style!
