Well after a good sleep in and taking it easy today I was still tired! But with this 2nd bout of the same cold finally going I am gearing up for a challenge this weekend to complete 4800 repetitions using 6 different exercises.
for legs I am doing
Squats and Lunges
For ABs and lower back
Sit ups
Supermans
For Chest and Arms
Push ups
Tricep dips
I worked out that if I do 100 each in one session that will take 8 sessions over the 48 hour period.
Tonight I was struggling with tiredness and not interested in Push ups but after reading my mates message about loosing 14kg and being inspired by my blogging and fitness I got down and did 5 x 20 in 20 minutes knocking over my push ups before heading to bed.
9km run for Boot Camp tomorrow, part of the new Powerade Challenge down by the waterfront.
