Lower, Hold, Raise! 120 Challenge hard!

After doing the 120 challenge for 3 days I have found the Push ups to be quite hard. Even though it is only 30, the hold makes it 3 times harder to do a set!

I am taking a young 16 year old reasonably fit Rugby player to do.

We will use Mapmyrun.com to make up a course.

2.2km
100 Push up to cadence
100 Sit up to cadence
3 minute bridge hold.

After this I plan to show him the 11 exercise regime I use to do earlier on this year

Lunge Kick
Cross over push up
Mountain Climb
Sumo Twist
Sumo Kick
Leg Raise
Sit up legs wide
Tricep extension
Plank hold
Sideways Lunge
Wall sit leg raise

Then we will do the 120 Challenge later to finish off
