Getting fit again

It has been a while since I last blogged what I have been up to. Running my own Boot Camp has gone extremely well to begin with. Getting back into the swing of things to get my fitness cranking!
Body resistance exercises have been working really well for me lately and I will continue with those in the mean time before looking at strength training.

Go well with your fitness reigme's. Just do It!
